Learn how to knit faster and more efficiently with Continental Knitting! This class is for knitters who originally learned to hold the working yarn in their right hand, which is referred to as the English method. These are knitters who "throw" their yarn. This class will help you develop the technique for holding the working yarn in your left hand to "pick" your stitches.
Supplies: Bring a worsted or chunky weight yarn, and size 8 or above needles. We will be practicing the pattern from our "Learn to Knit" cowl so if you would like to make the whole cowl, bring 1 skein of chunky yarn and size 13 needles.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner: you can cast on, knit, purl and bind off.
Instructor: Karen Crittenden
