We have a new sample in the shop, Mungoche by Rosa Pomar. This cute top was designed specifically for Mungo yarn and offers a long sleeve and short sleeve option. Mungoche is a raglan sweater that is worked in the round from the top down and uses short rows for neck shaping. The ribbing and brioche stitch make for a nice and stretchy fabric.
Mungo is a worsted weight, recycled wool and cotton yarn. It is entirely spun from pre-consumer waste generated by portuguese spinning mills. The wool used in this yarn is sourced in Portugal and/or Spain. Milled and dyed in Portugal. This 50% recycled wool and 50% recycled cotton yarn is perfect for Spring knits and for those living in warmer climates.
The Mungoche pattern by Rosa Pomar can be found on Ravelry. For another pattern using Mungo yarn, check out Aveiro by Orlane Sucche
