Join Caitlin Hunter, who designed this year's Camp Tolt sweater and hat (Umpqua), to learn the fundamentals of colorwork in knitting - she'll cover yarn choice, color theory, tension, gauge, reading a chart and color dominance! This class is great for colorwork beginners or those wanting to increase their confidence in this fun technique.
Skills: You can knit, purl, cast on and bind off and you are comfortable knitting in the round.
Materials Needed: Please bring at least two colors of yarn (wool is best, and make sure the yarn weight is the same for each color), circular needles of the appropriate size for the yarn (24" cable or longer).
Instructor: Caitlin Hunter of Boyland Knitworks
