THE TIMBER CARDIGAN Four Sessions: Mondays, January 22, 29, February 12 and 26, 2018, 6:00pm to 8:00pm
This class was designed to teach you step-by-step how to knit a top down cardigan. The first class will focus on picking a size, how to modify the pattern for a flattering fit, and how to get the correct gauge. Then we will cast on to start the collar. In the second class you will learn how to do raglan increases. The third class will focus on dividing for sleeves and knitting the body. The fourth class will focus on joining sleeves, sleeve decreases and finishing techniques. Supplies: Please purchase The Timber Cardigan by Shannon Cook and bring one skein of wound yarn to the first class. We highly recommend Brooklyn Tweed Shelter for this project.
