Try Colorwork
This workshop is designed to give participants a taste of reading charts and knitting stranded colorwork. You may have seen samples of colorwork hats, cowls, and sweaters when two (or more) color yarns are used to bring what’s called a motif to life in a pattern. Beginners who are comfortable to cast on and knit in the round are welcome, along with experienced knitters who haven’t tried colorwork or reading a chart before. Some scrap yarn will be available to practice with during the session, however if you want to bring your own leftover yarn (two different colors) feel free. All participants will need to bring a circular US 7, 16 inch knitting needle.
