Join Jenny as we work together to customize our very own Uniform Cardigans, from the book Uniform Knit & Sew by Carrie Bostick Hoge. This book provides instructions for long and short body lengths, three different body shapes (fitted, a-line, or none), fitted or bell-shaped sleeves, simple or shaped neckbands, and patch or inset pockets. And, you can choose to create a worsted or fingering weight sweater. So many choices! You will work with Jenny during the first class to determine the one that works best for you
Supplies: Please purchase the book, Uniform Knit & Sew by Carrie Bostick Hoge, choose your yarn and make sure you purchase enough to make the sweater that most appeals to you (only wind one skein if you purchase the yarn from Tolt -- just in case you decide to switch things up. Yarn can be exchanged only if it is unwound). Purchase needles and notions as listed in the book.
Homework: Please knit a 5" x 5" flat swatch in the yarn you have chosen for your sweater and block it and bring it to the first class.
Instructor: Jenny Blumenstein (firstname.lastname@example.org)
